  • You agree to use the extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the extension without permission.

TaskMatrix Pro operates on a local-first architecture. Your task data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The TaskMatrix Pro extension, including its design, functionality, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the extension remain with TaskMatrix Pro.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TASKMATRIX PRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKMATRIX PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Loss of privacy or security
  • Errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Extension
  • Data loss or corruption

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You acknowledge and agree that the Extension is provided for productivity and task management purposes only, and that any reliance on the Extension for critical business or personal decisions is at your own risk. We recommend maintaining backup copies of important data and not relying solely on the Extension for data storage.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the extension at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
